Jon Stewart is Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. He holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management alongside an MSc in Human Resource Management and a BA (Hons) in Business Management.

In 2022, he was awarded Freedom of the City of London. He is a member of the Worshipful Company of HR Professionals, which was successfully awarded full Livery status in 2026.
